Wellness Plans

Core vaccinations include: DHPP, Leptospirosis, Bordetella and Rabies (Canine). FVRCP, Feline Leukemia and Rabies (Feline).

All plans have a one-time enrollment fee of $59.99. This wellness package is for preventive care services only and does not include services for medical conditions, illnesses, or emergencies. This is not insurance. Billing services for your wellness plan are provided through VCP. Our wellness plans are created to focus on the wellness needs of our patients, including exams, core vaccines, and recommended yearly lab work. Because of this, our wellness plans can ONLY be signed up for during your annual healthy pet appointment, not during a diagnostic/sick appointment or on the day of a surgery procedure. At the discretion of our doctors/management, if a pet is deemed too aggressive (where sedation is needed to do any services on the pet), it will no longer qualify for a wellness plan. Auto-renewal will not apply after the contract term. If you have any questions regarding your pet's treatment, please contact your veterinarian. Program may change without notice. Spay/neuter does not include e-collar or medications to go home; additional fees apply for cryptorchid, in-heat, or pregnant pets. Dental add-on does not include additional anesthesia for dental disease greater than level 1–2 or oral surgery.
